Administration :

The Administration team of Maharashtra Institute of Management carried out a number of vital tasks. It strives to provide satisfactory services to the teaching and non-teaching staff as well as students,parents and alumni. Administration Team of Maharashtra Institute of Management is divided into three section according to its role & responsibilites as:
A] Establishment
B] Accounts
C] Students Section

Desired Functions of Establishment Section :

  1. A gymkhana at campus with modern equipment including Gym equipment and other exercises.
  2. Recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  3. Maintaining service records of faculties.
  4. Proposals for increments and promotions.
  5. Documentation at the time of joining / resignation / retirement.
  6. Preparation of documents for submission to statutory bodies like Savitribai Phule Pune University,AICTE and Goverment of Maharashtra.

Desired Functions of Accounts Section:

  1. Drawing salaries of the staff.
  2. Documentation at the time of joining / resignation / retirement.
  3. Maintenance of accounts.
  4. Collection and refund (in case of cancellation) of fees of students.
  5. Statutory payments like provident fund, income tax, professional etc.
  6. Samaj Kalyan Payments

Desired Functions of Students Section:

  1. Admission of students.
  2. Getting the eligibility of admitted students approved by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
  3. Maintenance of student’s record.
  4. Handling scholarships and free-ships to students.
  5. Issuing of various certificates like Bonafide Certificate Leaving /Transfer certificates students.
  6. Distribution of results.
